Since 1992 we at Aalberts process technologies in Jessenitz in the Mecklenburg Elbetal have been manufacturing special assemblies according to your individual wishes. Our customers can be found, among others, in the industrial conveyor and weighing industry as well as in medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry. As a certified welding company according to ISO 3834-2, we place the highest demands on the quality of our work, which we ensure with a certified QM system according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
In addition to the development and application of coatings, we provide all necessary additional services from procurement and warehousing to the production and delivery of finished customer components (one-stop shop). Our production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and meet the highest quality standards. All employees at the Jessenitz location are always anxious to expand their extensive know-how and to continue to offer our customers the best possible service in the future.

Welding
As a system supplier of ready-to-assemble welded assemblies for our well-known customers, we manufacture primarily for the areas of floor conveyor technology, weighing technology and handling systems. We are certified according to the latest state of the art according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and all our welders prove their high level of training in regular annual repeat tests. The basis for the satisfaction of our customers are our highly motivated employees and the use of modern welding technology.

Our engineers simulate the component behavior of your products as early as your design development.
Since 1995 we have been using powder coating for colouring. With our power and free conveyor technology we are able to coat workpieces up to 1800 x 2000 x 4000 (W x H x L) and a mass of up to 600 kg. Single parts over 600kg are not transported hanging, but lying through the plant. We coat with powder lacquer in different colours and qualities. Depending on the customer’s wishes, colours from the RAL, NCS or Pantone colour system are processed. The purpose of the coated components determines the quality of the powder coating and the layer structure. Our customer decides on the surface finish such as layer thickness, degree of gloss and structure.

We are specialized in the production of welded assemblies made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel. You will find our customers in the industrial conveyor and weighing industry as well as in medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry. We design and produce for them according to their specifications. With our own powder coating plant, we supply surface-finished assemblies in the usual colour systems of your choice. Our glass bead blasting plant produces the surface finish of the stainless steel and aluminium parts.
